The room lacked basic amenities that makes a difference to the customer experience such as a daily bottle of water and a coffee/tea machine/anything to make a hot beverage (I had to request hot water to make tea). Bathroom was a little tight, but the gym though was decent. Very close to the subway station which is a plus.

We went on Christmas Eve around 9:30. The atmosphere was relaxing and the waitress was very courteous, considering that they were closing earlier. I did not feel rushed to retire.

The hotel is well located with a lot of things around that you can walk to. The room was great and big, we had a junior suite that was spacious.
The buffet at the breakfast could use more diversity but they had a omelet stand that is great! The staff was nice especially Elias their BellBoy.
We didn't get to use the pool or any activities there so can't judge on that!
