Check in staff was nice. I knew I had to make a deposit for the room but got surprised with the resort fee needing to be paid up front. The room was tired but workable. The bed was way to hard for my liking and made it difficult to get comfortable. We had a 3 night stay. The first morning our housemaid just handed us a change of towels through the door. Ok..its not like the room was dirty, but the next day we went out expecting maid service and came back to find she only cleaned the bathroom. The bed was left unmade and the trashcans still full! That's just ridiculous. Not on my high lost of recommendations.

Rooms were very comfortable but they could use some updating. Staff was very friendly and polite. Buffet was better than average. I'm not much of a gambler so I can't rate that.

The price of the rooms here are very good. Even after the deposit. We had a smoking room and i know smoking rooms generally smell like smoke but there is more to the smell in there and i think its due to the fact our room was so humid. Maybe they just need to let it air out or something. They also need new coffee machines.
