Just got back from my first night in Club C. I didn't have any expectations, just wanted a nice dinner with some friends, but we were utterly disappointed. My friend even spat out the salad (that's a first)! The tuna poke were basically ice cubes (I don't mind the wait if the food is worth it, please don't rush), and the servers had to come back a couple times to ask us again what we ordered (pen & paper won't hurt anyone). I can understand and empathize with these servers and I am actually worried that in such busy times, there were only two of them that had to attend to a full house. The live entertainment was so loud it was hard to even hear the person talking beside us. We had to walk all the way to the register to ask for a refill of water and again I am worried about the servers. I'm disappointed with the management because stress like this is no longer healthy for the workers. I don't know if it was a bad night or if it was because I dressed casually, but the casinos staff didn't seem to be happy to see me, but of course I smiled on my way out and said "Thank you, " but I don't think I'll be coming back.
