Hello,

We have to pay 15 euros for the entrance, is that right? For one person ? And how do slot machines work, those with stakes from a few cents to a few euros?

Thank you in advance for your answer.

Good day to you.

While we were under the impression that there are no casinos in Paris, we googled and this club showed up! We arrived at the door ~2am where two bouncers were allowing people in. They asked us if we were there for the games and let us know that there were no roulette tables or slot games. I don't know what in our appearance made them point that out but we laughed and said we were not there for the roulette. We went to the second floor and there was a secured two panel entrance. The lady asked for our passports which we luckily had with us and let us know there'd be €15 for each person as an entrance fee. We were curious to see how the club was, paid and entered. It was nice and well decorated inside and interestingly a few poker tables were still live. The poker floor manager told us that we had to become members to play poker (apply for the club card) which we could do on the spot in a different room. We did so and got a free champagne. Since there was some wait, we got our drinks at the bar and waited for the floor to come get us. Really nice bar with great staff (kinda surprising for Paris). We sat down after 10-15 minutes. Minimum buyin was €250 which we had already got through the ATMs available in the casino. Game was 5, 5 and the chips were rather large so there was usually a few chips in front of each person. The tables had a screen on them where the dealer calculated the rake at the end of each hand based on the pot amount. Game was decent, the players level not as good as what we see in bay area, but still good. We stayed for 2 hours and left with a few extra euros.

I happened upon this place accidentally today; so I talked to the staff downstairs at the street level. After a brief discussion with the doorman downstairs I was informed that I only needed to pay 15 euros in order to enter. After leaving to change and eventually returning , I was informed (again) that I needed only to pay 15 euros in order to enter. After entering the upstairs floor I proceeded to give my membership card from the Bordeaux affiliate casino. I was told that it had expired ( covid lockdown and Clichy shutdown) and that I could not enter without my passport (could not just renew my card) I waisted two and a half hours of my day from the first encounter with security downstairs and the fellow at the intake window upstairs! I believe that with all of my information already in their computer system that they could have just renewed my card (+ fee) and that would have been satisfactory for all concerned! Very disappointing in the manner that things were handled.
