Not crowded, very well maintained facility with personable staff.
My only issue is the same as in most casinos I've been into lately, not enough "normal" blackjack tables available. This particular casino had about 7 tables. Only one had traditional blackjack. The other six tables were empty. The "Normal" table was full, all five seats taken. I love to play blackjack. I couldn't play here!!!

The hotel room was clean. 2 adults with 3 kids we felt welcome and safe. The bowling alley was a lot of fun and a good value at their hourly rate! We did have a minor issue, the room had towels for 2. We called the desk for more towels which we never received. So the 5 of us shared 2 towels. But, the hotel made up for that lack in service in the morning. We woke up to a dead car battery. They quickly sent someone to help us. Mike the shuttle driver showed up in minutes. The battery was too far gone and needed replacement. Mike went out of his way to take us to an auto parts store in town to get a replacement. Mike saved our morning and the rest of our trip. We appreciated his willingness to help! We will be back! The kids want to bowl more!

I have no words to describe how wonderful this place is! When I used to live in sedona, my ex-wife and I would come out here a lot and play, but they had kind of a funky motel down by the road, well now they've built a brand new hotel, and I'm telling you what, these people have knocked it out of the park! The money's right, the amenities are unbelievable, the room was super clean, and all of the staff is above and beyond! I only travel a few thousand miles a year nowadays, and by far this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at! And the views, you won't believe!

Place was stuffy and smokey. Casino floor and the restrooms were very clean. Kudos to your housekeeping staff. I played for a few hours and all the machines I played didn't give me a bonus game. But, I enjoyed playing the various slot games you have regardless. Beverage service wasn't good. And, when I found a beverage server they weren't very nice. Like your food court area. Good eats! Gift shop was nice. The person working their was friendly and helpful. I bought some gifts for my family back home. Cashiers were nice and welcoming too. But, I didn't see any security asking people to pull up or wear their masks who were getting loud from drinking alcohol. Good that you are at least doing temperature checks at the door though. But your casino should do more to insure customer health and safety.
