I enjoy buying Indigenous art from chances Squamish gift shop from Darrel. A great place to stop on your way up to Whistler for lunch. They have a nice lunch special in the restaurant😁

I walked here after finishing climbing, and was really pleasantly surprised by the happy hour specials at the restaurant. It was pretty dead on a weekday night (except for a sparsely attended trivia going on) - but I was quite happy to sit and eat/drink while I waited for my friends to finish up on the mountain.

Neat clean but small casino. About 125 machines. Easy access off of highway and close to town. Restaurant on site is called Matches. Do not order steak sandwich as the meat is at least 30% sinew. Over spiced but pleasant staff.

Took a half hour to get a new card (lost my old one) the lady didn't listen to me the dozen times I told her I got married and my card was in my maiden name. Her manager came (an older lady in her late 50s early 60s) who then after another ten minutes looking herself in the system finally found it and printed a new card for us and told us not to bother her any more while there.... She came off very rude and unprofessional to be a manager and say something like that to a customer who spent almost a full hour to just give u there money...... Only good part to this location was the bartender her was amazing and did everything with a smile on his face. Even the greeter at the entrance didn't say hi or anything as she was to busy chatting up the security over there personal life stuff. I'll stick to playing in the casinos in Vancouver instead as customer service is 99%better .
