Feels like you are visiting Revenue Canada office with Christmas lights, where just like, some of the staff seem beaten down, checked out, or void of charisma... Not uncommon of most smaller BC Casino's, or really all of them, gleaning, glaring, or just focused on counting your money, now theirs.
Alas the whole operation misses the point of knowing what customer experience can be about.
It would be nice if the vibe had some kick... like go go, some unique substance they gave to casino culture, a style or comfort to the experience... beyond a slapped in fireplace. Or as well if the beverages were actually reasonably priced, and not so gougy.
After awhile there's more excitement at a laundromat and better value at a strip club. So smile everyone! After all you are on camera there to do what?
