Go to Bronco Billy's. After bringing in two young adults who happen to be on the spectrum, we simply asked if they may play because they previously had players cards. Rather than a simple no, they surrounded the girls with 5 security guards at which point we had to pull one of our girls away as their directness and position of offense towards her was leading to an episode. There is no need for special treatment, but I would hope respect is for all. This used to be my favorite casino and I will not be going again, and will be pointing everyone to bronco billys! Where they are awesome! Do better!

Update 6/27/2021...another excellent experience at Century.

Upped the review to 5 stars!

Our suite at the Century was one of nicest and coolest accommodations we've ever stayed in. I could go on and on about it, but to cut to the chase, the lighting was amazing, with ample task lighting combined with softer overhead lighting. The bathroom finishes were urbane. The window between the shower and the room was fun, plus it allowed natural light from the four huge windows into the bathroom. The bedding was first rate. If I hit the lottery and could design a bedroom suite in my house, this is the design I'd use.

The room was quiet enough. We're very particular about quiet. We were in Cripple Creek during the weekend so the hotel and casino were busy, but we heard no noise from the casino or from Bennett Avenue. We could feel a little bit of vibration in the floor, but it didn't affect our sleep.

Mid-City Grille was great. We visited three times and were happy with everything. All dishes were perfect and well-presented. The wait staff was friendly, fun, and professional, and service was prompt.

Century has really upped its game in the casino. We found some penny slots that paid off pretty well, actually. We're lightweight gamblers, but we don't like slot machines that never pay. Century made a little money from us, but we had a lot of fun for two days. We also liked the mechanical roulette game.

Check-in was perfect. We got into our room early. If you'd like to check in early, be sure to call to see if your room is ready. They found someone to help cart our luggage to our room. Staff was friendly and efficient. One thing I noticed and really liked is that staffers seem to take over in several different capacities. So, you'll see people who might be security helping serve drinks in the casino and management helping with various issues. Plus, all the staffers seemed to like each other.

Here's the bottom line:
Casino +
Drink service in casino +
Hotel desk staff ++
The maintenance man who helped us with luggage +++
Hotel room +++
Food at Mid Century Grill +
Restaurant wait staff ++

We stayed in a suite. It was clean and spacious, but not easily accessible if you have trouble with mobility. The facility is several buildings put together, so there are steps between what use to be separate buildings. $10 breakfast vouchers were included. Breakfast was delicious.

Very nice, comfortable room. I like the idea of staying in an old building with a "maze" of hallways. This adds nice character to the facility and makes you admire the work that was put into the renovation.
The staff was very friendly and they all strike up conversation and seem to really care about each guest.
The skillet breakfast was incredible at the Mid City Grill!
I think this is my 3rd or 4th time staying at Century Hotel and we have never had a bad experience. Looking forward to coming back!

The casino itself was great. As for the Mid City Grill.... My family and I (6 of us) came in and ordered food. The server was very nice and the food came out in great time. The appetizers were on point. The Chicken Fried Steak was on point, now this is where things go weird. My brother in law and his wife got steaks. The baked potato was great. The steaks were not cooked to the way they were ordered. They were okay with that and ate them anyway. My husband got the Philly cheese steak sandwich, and it was great too. His best friend got the salmon, it was good to. I got the Mountain Man Burger. Ask for it medium. Got it very well done. To the point that I couldn't bite through it. We told the waitress and she offered to recook it. At that point I was done with it and said no. Was still charged for the meal..... Now we are about to leave and my husband's friends is got an upset stomach. We are home now and she is still throwing up. This is not a good thing. I'm sorry to say that we will not be back
