Some shops are obviously well organized, well displayed, staff are helpful and welcoming.
But the whole staff could gain from a customer service training as well as unconscious bias training as they'll at times serve the customers differently depending on their race.
You can find everything there (from hair clips to paintings) maps and directions would be facilitate the customers experience though.
