Some shops are obviously well organized, well displayed, staff are helpful and welcoming.
But the whole staff could gain from a customer service training as well as unconscious bias training as they'll at times serve the customers differently depending on their race.
You can find everything there (from hair clips to paintings) maps and directions would be facilitate the customers experience though.
Love the variety of food available for all purses, if you want to have a quick lunch or a culinary experience you should visit the place.

It's a good spot to sit and relax with friends and relatives specially during festive season at night in some simple words go and make good memories even if the east wing is under construction ☺️

Certainly one the best and nicest place to do shopping in Mauritius. It's a nice walk with nice sea views and mountain views, with parking facilities, metro access... in the city center of Port Louis. I love this place. However, there are some points to be improved :
- a lot of shops have closed and some parts look a bit ghostly
- there is no supermarkets, which could have attracted more people
- there are lots of offices at Caudan, but it lacks facilities like a kindergarten or pre-primary school.
