This place is an absolute joke signed a guest in but the second time forgot to bring a bill because she is elderly so no passport or driving license, was allowed in then confronted by two managers she's not allowed in because of no proof of I'd, been going there for 20 + years.very disgusted and never will be going there again, if they treat all loyal customers like this 6 months they won't be trading.

I love the variety and checking out different games, moving table to table and spend most time on roulette having a good strategic wins.
after you banned me for winning too much. it is the biggest win in gambling career, for not spending my hard earned cash, in your low down outdated establishment with poor quality staff, needing a job just to work in dudley. so happy, ( bands make you dance) i wont spend a penny in there. if there is tsunami may the building go deeper for million years.

If you go to this casino be sure to not ask for any food.As the staff here like to have food menu but don't like to serve it.
We went as a group and was drinking and playing for a good few hours.Considering you've spent some decent amount of money you'd expect a good service.But no the staff behind the bar was appalling,The one lady with the green in her hair.Was terrible she was unable to work.And had a very bad attitude towards customers.Definitely wouldn't go here again.And make sure if you and your mates are playing together.Do not touch his playing chips.
As they will accuse you of robbing your own mate.
Overall experience very very poor.
