I went to Palma casino yesterday June 14 2021. I am a 52 year old diabetic man who has hearing loss. I have, my wife has, and the rest of the family have been going to Pauma Casino for over 20 years. In that time I have never or any other family member has been asked to check my bag or purse.
So I guess the security at the entrance asked to look in my bag and I misunderstood. I thought she said she liked my bag.
Now with having my diabetic supplies in my bag and needles, I am not having someone go through my bag and contaminate my medicine.
So security found me and asked to look in my bag. First of all why after 20 years and second of all why me? They don't check every purse and my bag is about the same size.
I keep a cooler pack in my bag to keep my insulin cool so I could have just left it in the car or taken back to the car but this Manager didn't care he just wanted to make me feel bad. I was singled out because of my disabilities and told never to come back.
I hope you learn to ask questions instead of jumping to conclusions.
