I notice nobody posted about the gaming aspect of this casino. From my trip thrip there, it is the worst. And I have been around some. Do not use the same theories as in the US. There you must at minimum play all the lines, and play as close to max bet as you can. At this casino, it is the opposite. The higher the bet, the less it pays out and less frequent the bounuses. Those that were playing for example 68 out of the 88 lines at a 1 time multiplier, we're winning more than those playing at a higher amount. A local lady I was speaking to told me not to play all the lines. It won't pay. Yah....sure lady. But ok. I will bet LESS. Crazy as it sounds, it worked! As I moved around, that same theory held up for other machines. So I'm thinking, they know, foriegners are going to drop the money in the machines, and the locals will win with thier minimum bets. Sounds a little perrinod. I know. But, whatever. Try it in this casino.

There's a dress code here and its posted at the entrance. I arrived with a sleeveless shirt and that's not allowed. No problem, I was picking up a relative anyway so I waited outside. However, short pants is not permitted either...yet people with short pants were allowed in without question. I asked the door person about it and they just repeated no sleeveless shirts...so I pointed on their chart that list number 13 states no shorts and pointed at the customers they just let in with shorts on. So there's a discrimination issue that's been obviously pointed out to them and they act like they don't understand. So here's my interpretation...if your a foreigner...the list applies to you...if your local...the dress code does not apply. Anyway, my relatives, me or anyone I know will not visit this place anymore. Considering we're "foreigners" we dump a lot of money here...but that stops now. I'm well aware of the Filipino corruption culture, i didn't expect that to apply to a casino who's business is getting money from you.
