They refused me to enter because I never had a passport, but I had identity card . And it was my husband's birthday ,so he had to enter alone and I sat outside yet we came from far. That was the worst experience! On their website there's nothing that we should come with a passport, but my husband was accepted with his ID .

The best casino I visited so far. Machines are in good condition, interior is stunning. Everyone can find something for himself.

Lower deck consists of regular machines, electronic roulette, etc. Regular outfit acceptable.

Upper deck comes with Dresscode, but that's not a problem since you can get a proper jacket by the cloakroom.

Very rude and irresponsible staff, another guest bumped in to me really hard. I fell on the floor and hurt both my knees. I think at least the casino could and should have done is to reimburse my drink that fell also on the floor. Instead they shamed me and made me feel it was my fault. I ordered a new drink they have the option not to charge me for it but they did, didn't want to hear that I just had a new drink. The supervisor said sarcastically I can call you a doctor if you don't need a doctor you can just go away. The man said I have more things to do. What kind of so called guest treatment is that? That's not human like. They take no responsibility. What a shameful place to be as a guest. You're not a guest to them they just want your money...! The Casino doesn't take any responsibility for the environment of their own casino. They don't treat you as a guest. Shame on you, the next day still both knees painful and swollen, and back pain too.

Nice casino, with mostly digital slot machines on the ground floor and live casino gaming like cards, roulette and others on the first floor only operational in the evening hours. The layout is nice, but to enter is a pain with a very complex registration system to follow when one is first time visitor. Got free entry tickets from the hotel we stayed as part of the hotel booking/ package. Enjoyed
