It is a nice poker room.. a nice casino. Service is so so but it is a casino in Kirkland so I guess unless I'm tipping the Benjamin's then it's what I can expect..

Ordered food. Waited an hour and a half only to find out they couldn't do it anymore. Unreal. I don't leave 1 star reviews ever! But this one definitely deserves that.

Very rude and disrespectful team, members, management.
Specially the floor manager Loren. Who provided the worst customer service.

They ask for personal health documentation which is the violation of HIPAA rights. I verbally confirmed that I am vaccinated but he asked for vaccination card or documentation.
I never had this experience anywhere else.

Shameful, rude, and unethical people running this place (Fraud)

I hope their poor management reads this comment and fix their terrible behavior.

Never going back to this horrible place.

Gambling is good. Food is amazing. Drinks are garbage, mai tai made in a rocks glass... so basically rum with ice.

Since the new ownership took over, the casino floor is much brighter than it has been in the past. They should consider turning the lights down.

Tldr: casino floor too bright, lights need to be turned down 1/10.
