This is a small casino located in a fancy hotel in Cairo.

The service is OK and they only accept usd. Is it possible to pay in credit card for a tax, around 3%.

Well as the name implies it is a casino mainly for gambling so Non Egyptians only are allowed in so I can't really tell you my experience as I have never been in.

Ironically, the name says it all: Casino Barrière! It feels very casino (meaning it's encouraging you to go all the way) and it's a barrier (it feels frustrating when you find out no one wins practically speaking!!).
The atmosphere is typically Frenchie and very enjoyable, but luck is a late guest.. Nice experience though
