Took almost 30 min. to get attendant to get where i could get his attention. Asked for bottle of water. Was taken care of after the couple just arriving. Has happened before. Next time i will do my part to make sure I'm acknowledged. That said i enjoy the atmosphere and a decent rewards program. Recomend Cashout Casino often.

Very friendly staff and fun atmosphere! They have a tremendous variety of drinks and gaming machines, too. Highly recommended!!!

Spent a couple thousand and have never won anything. This establishment has its machines tightened to the minimum payout without breaking the law. I will stick to bigger casinos because they can see past greed
enough to understand that winning once in awhile is good for their long term business. Bartender guy seems like he hates his life/job but does what's required i.e. drinks/change.
