Cascades casino is horrible!!! I have been waiting for over an hour to get paid out....everyone just walks past...I watched so many of us just sitting doing nothing!!! Waiting!! No one even acknowledges you!! I know staff is working hard but it will be a long time before I come back here!! I've done without for 1 1/2 years.......

I always had a good time here there was a core group I got to know playing the ultimate texas hold em table and the dealers are super friendly. I play here to have fun never to make money. Only issue is the Food in buffet is very poor tastes like it's made in batches and reheated and for a $20 i expected better and there is no entertainment the Bingo hall looked like it used to be stage for live entertainment. You would make more money selling tickets to shows than Bingo tickets.

I wish their was a way to give ZERO stars for this establishment!!! If their is any disagreement between you as a customer and a staff member be prepared for the staff member/members to enter your personal space/bubble and forcefully intimidate you.
I definitely had to re-think about Thoes hard core casino movies and possibly having some truth to them!?!?!?

Free parking, several restaurants, bar in centre of building.
Floor space is predominantly slot machines.
Professional(ish) staff running card and roulette tables, as well as a specific section of the building for poker.
On the the open floor, buy-ins are between 5$ and 20$ (ie. casual blackjack/Texas holdem). The closed sections allow for higher stakes.
Generally well kept with an air of pleasant professionalism and comfort.

Love this Casino! However the small town mentality of the front door staff, despite the fact that Maple Ridge is a City. Has me far more impressed with the Langley Casino, Coquitlam, and Burnaby. In my opinion the staff are not trained for costumer service, it's almost a better than feeling. Lots of room for improvement. The facility is beautiful.
