Very rude female staff 😕 Please look into re-training your staff. As a tourist of the island, I treat everyone with respect. So to have someone who doesn't know me or my guest from anywhere and to be blatantly rude with attitude will make you not even want to play in this casino. Bad energy, rude service. Not worth it. Some of the males are rude as well. Maybe they just prefer white or non-black customers.

What you would expect from a island casino. Small place but very friendly personable staff. 5 dollar blackjack so you can gamble without losing big. Fun place to pass the times. I wont play the slots but table games are fair. Nice shuttle service that will pick you up from any resort in Grace Bay.

Over the past few years the wife and I have been to Provo 6 times. Each and every time we make it a point to set aside a night to go to Casablanca. This is a great little casino that offers something for everyone. The tourist usually shuffle out around 9PM and then the locals seem to take over. I've never had a bad experience here as long as you are playing games. Don't waste your time on roulette though it seems to be the locals game of choice and can be quite competitive to get a spot at one of the two tables.
