Never too late, Did an Australia cruise last October, Done a few other lines, seemed a well organised outfit, I felt they invested more in their staff training. We had a great time and only had one issue with excursion staff who may have had a bad day. We dropped a email to the Southampton office and within a couple of days received a call from Claire who made me feel valued and reinforced my feeling that they cared. Thanks Claire we will be doing another one

Great food smooth Cruise first day was Rocky but to be expected. Onboard entertainment was really good. The holding corral before boarding and after boarding could be better. At least they went fast. Really do need a better intercom system announcing who's boarding when. So many people are talking you miss it quick

Visited for business, I was assisting delivering training. A lovely building to work in, light airy spacious mostly. The staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Great location 6mins taxi ride from Central Station.
