Very fast embarking and debarking process here. We live locally so we to a lyft, our friends who we met at the port drove and and to park quite a ways out. Compared to Port Canaveral and Miami this was by far the least stressful. We went out on Carnival Paradise, if you haven't gone on that ship I would suggest it. Good rates and even though it's not a brand new ship it's still pretty, lots of excitement and fantastic service!

Very easy. Carnival did a great job. Carnival was actually making people wait until there boarding time. The aquarium will hold your luggage before/after your cruise. The American victory is also amazing to check out

Do not expect priority debarkation if you don't carry off ALL your luggage. Silver, Platinum and purchased FTTF who put luggage out night before were held in a corner while all zones of carry off passengers went by. Dozens not allowed to get our bags sitting right there in priority pickup sections. Carnival port workers admitted not knowing anything about how priority works, very frustrating for passengers with flights to catch.
Getting on the ship priority was great! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous, not the case for debarkation.

I have to say, the boarding and embarking process was the easiest of any of the other carnival ports I have been through. It was quick and efficient. Everyone was super nice and from drop off to my first drink was in under 25 minutes. I couldn't be happier with how it all worked out.

Carnival Tampa Bay Port made it very easy to Embark and disembark from your cruise ship. The transitions were very smooth, the lines went very quick and all of their employees were extremely friendly and good at their jobs. I have never seen a group of 3,000 people able to cooperate so well together. That's all thanks to the workers doing their jobs so well and having such a good system.
