Considering 8 cruise ships were embarking today with an estimated 26,000 passengers things went quite well. Very crowded but everything is well organized..

I guess we are one of some of the few that have such a great experience from the time we reach the facility to the time we leave to go back home. The employees are very tentative and courteous in making our trip great.

The cruise was very good. This was my first and plan on more. Service was excellent! Staff was so friendly and and welcoming. Food options was great with all you can eat. The shows, parties and and amenities was great. I love every bit of it. The only thing I didn't like was the time spent at each port, especially their own island, we should had spent more time there.

DO NOT BOOK WITH CARNIVAL!!!! I booked a cruise for six people in May 2019. I paid $5200 to date and the cruise is in July 30, 2020. On October 15, 2019, I canceled the cruise and carnival kept $1800 of my money telling me it was non-refundable. But they were nice enough to give me a future cruise credit which they can shove up their you know what. I want my money. I was originally told when I booked there would only be a $100 per person cancellation fee if I canceled prior to 90 days before the sailing., 9 1/2 MONTHS PRIOR to sailing! As soon as I canceled everything changed and they kept $1800 of mine and never refunded it. Do not book with this cruise line because they change the rules as they go and they will keep 1/3 of your money when you cancel. They have the wrong email on file for me and they refused to change it. So I haven't received any emails confirming the booking and canceling the booking or the terms and condition. I think that's an intentional scam to screw customers over saying oh we emailed it out but the customer never received it. Just remember if you're stupid enough to book with this cruise lines and you cancel you're not getting money back, should you cancel prior to the 90 day cut off.

Ive been on 4 cruises with carnival and planning my 5th for November 2020! I love going on these cruises, the staff is so friendly and the ship is so clean! highly recommend this cruise line! Me and my family always have a great time! Last year I decided to book excursions for the first time and I was very happy with them, so I'm going to plan them early this year because I waited till the last minute on the last one that I didn't have very many options.
