The table prices are too high and the slots NEVER pay out. The hotel is nice but so busy. The water club is better but also far from perfect. However for Atlantic City this is about as good as it gets at the Water Club. Also worth exploring is the new Hard Rock and Caesars though the latter is always overpriced. The Ocean Resort got sold again and the new management has gone downhill already. So no real choices.

This was my first time inside the Borgata Hotel. I immediately saw that it was a step (or two) above the others that I had visited in the area. The lobby was very clean and neat and the decor was beautiful. The casino flowed in a way that was easy to navigate, unlike some of the others. The Borgata buffet was DELICIOUS and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back to stay at the Borgata.

I stayed at The Water Club which is a part of The Borgata. The check in and check out was smooth. Did it all through my phone, even had a digital room key. The bathroom was very nice, shower was amazing. The hotel in itself is a beautiful place! So much to do, you never have to leave the grounds. Restaurants, clubs, lounges, shops, they have it all. My upset came to my room. The lamps and desk were very dusty. The lounge couch had a huge stain on it. The carpet looked dirty as if it hadn't been shampooed in awhile. The refrigerator didn't work properly, and wouldn't close. They gave me a coffee maker with no pot or coffee or coffee condiments. They never came to clean the room not once. No microwave as they advertised or free parking as they stated in reservation.

Beautiful hotel! So happy they have reopened. Easy in and out parking in garage. So, so, so happy they now DO NOT allow smoking inside casino. Dangerous before Covid! Please ban it permanently! Please figure out the buffett! Absolutely was one of the best in AC.
