We only went to the casino and Nelson's Deli. I had fun at the casino, but it would have been better if it had been no smoking except in designated areas outside. Nelson's food was good and the portions were generous, but the staff was not very friendly. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Love this place!! In Indiana, people can still smoke in public places, but what I love is that the ventilation system, truly works in this place...which is important and refreshing for non-smokers. Everyone that works there are always so nice and the place is clean too!!

My girlfriend and I had a really rough stay here a week or so ago. I was contacted by the hotel by Brian Kipp, he was excellent, he listened and he made everything right. I was very impressed by his professionalism, attention to detail and kindness. This is a great Casino and Hotel, and they will make it right just give them time.

My husband and I paid $260 for the spa king suite and it is LITERALLY the same exact room as the regular rooms that cost $120(we have stayed in before). There are no added or extra benefits, the spa was closed, and on top of it the room wasn't even 100% cleaned when we first got here. The coffee maker had old coffee in it that the previous person had used to make coffee. The staff is extremely friendly but it is way overpriced and not up to the standards they present. I've stayed at Hampton Inn that had a better room than this.
