Parking is plentiful. Check in is easy. Two restaurants and a deli buffet when you're ready to eat.. Card dealers are very friendly. The whole casino experience is laid back and casual. Gift shop is always having a good sale. Really didn't want to check out.

i don't know what changed. but they are so much better than my last review. we have went on several staycations and it's been wonderful. we will be back again. if you're disabled, they have special rooms on each floor. really nice too.

I was unaware that the Best Western took over the Boomtown Casino Hotel.
The rooms were clean and great for what we were looking for whilst near downtown Reno, which if you looking for any reasonable machines to play, forget it. However Boomtown had some 30 or 40 cent slot machines.I recommend it and Mel's Restaurant has a killer breakfast.

From the moment you arrive it is clear you are welcome and safe! Boomtown was exceptionally clean and peeps kept very safe distance. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean! I have to say this is our favorite spot as this was our 3rd stay. Steakhouse rib eye is the way to go oysters fantastic! Thank you Boomtown especially in these times keeping it real and fun! Lol forward to going back in 2 weeks!!!!
