I found this to be a little taste of paradise with local flair.

It's clean, light, airy, well maintained and very onda Tico.

I can't say enough about the pool area - Like most of the hotels I've stayed at in CR, this pool is huge. It ha an interesting shape to it, is not too deep, has water falls and a wading pool.

It has a beautiful color and it's because it is lined with plastic and makes the color crystal blue. Very odd but very satisfying and interesting to walk on. It has a small island in the middle. Really lovely clean and quiet.

Gorgeous property with ancient Guanacaste trees, peacocks and iguanas along with the amazing foliage so well kept.

There is even a hiking trail and a river behind it which makes this place really a special find.

And there is a great little play area for the Little ones!

It is not a 5-star but it's an awesome three star
to be sure and the staff is exceptionally nice.

The room was spacious, awesome view, great wooden furniture that I was tempted to ask where they had it made.

Linens are white and fresh, cover was a bit outdated looking but not old. Beds were firm in an oddly satisfying way. Clean and nice feeling towels too. A small coffee station is provided.

The bathroom needs an updating but is spacious and plenty of very hot water.

They have an Tiki hut restaurant opens for dinner amd I suppose breakfast. Otherwise walking distance to shopping mall and there is always Uber Eats.

Close to airport, rental cars, shopping and on the way to or from San José. Convenient and well priced.

It definitely isn't a 5 star hotel. We have stayed here once before, mostly because it's convenient location by the airport and the stores and the ability to go to any attraction or beach within an hour. Theres also a walmart a block or so away which helps a ton for everything you don't need to bring with you. I wish I knew beforehand instead of dragging all these sunblocks and shampoo around. But the rooms are begining to be outdated. The decor isn't comfortable. It's just an empty tiled room with a bed and closet and bath. We had our first room which was slightly small the bathroom dimly lit, but then by the time we went to bed there was a light flashing issue so we changed rooms. They gave us the room next door which made it convenient to move everything over, but then the bathroom cabinet was very damaged looking. The included breakfast was so small. There was barely any choices. There was plain scrambled eggs and oily hash browns every day and fruits that weren't as fresh. rice and beans and sometimes slices of ham were there sometimes but we didn't want either. We were hoping for a bit more options for breakfast since it's part of the stay and we pay for it.
Otherwise staff is kind and helpful. It's fairly clean except the pools didn't seem so clean. I would love to stay here again only because of the convenience.

Great bathing and thoroughly underappreciated. Sumptuous breakfast and gorgeous greenery around the property.

Place is okay. Is definitely old and does need to be refurnished. There was also a few cockroaches in my room. For the price is its okay, needs more staff for sure

Safe place to stay in Liberia. Close to all store locations. Not far from the airport.
