Beautiful stadium, Great Location and easy access to from Manhattan as well as Bklyn. I've notice the Track as well as turf is maintain above Standards. Love the atmosphere when the track is filling up with speculators... Has a Family feel as well as business.

We really enjoyed the races and the staff. The employees we came into contact with were friendly and helpful however; the facilities itself are in need of a significant face-lift. Every area of the building shows its age and is in dire need of TLC. We went to the gift shop and roasted trying to find some memorabilia items to take home. The air conditioning was broken and they had windows open in the store on a 92 degree day which only made the heat worse. Felt really bad for the three employees working in there who were dripping with sweat. For the amount of money this facility can pull in, they really need to invest in building upgrades and energy efficiency projects.

As a avid horse racing fan, my son and I bought box seats for the Belmont Stakes.
Not one person checked the seating arraignments and various people were coming and going to seats in our area.So I paid for a box seat and people who paid for grandstand came up and helped themselves.😡
Paid 40 to park and was sent to the blue field, I entered off of Hempstead Tpke and there was no reason to be sent up there.
Limited food venues inside open. The line for a cheeseburger was insane on the main floor.
It was a great racing card but other issues need to be addressed

Lots of history. Great place for family's stuff to do. Or just to gamble on the horses. Backyard great to view horses. Great spot !!
