Had a great view of the fountain and the mountains. However, there is a charge for everything at this hotel. Upon arrival our bags were taken to our room for us. That was great. Cab service was convenient as well. The iron did not work in the room. We had a 3 night stay and had to call for towels 2 days in a row. Towels were very hard as well not soft at all. No tub in the fountain view room, just stand up shower not like what is advertised. If you want to just "stunt" go to the Bellagio. I will not even get started on the restaurant and their small plates. I also paid 27 dollars for a small Caramel latte, breakfast burrito and a cinnamon roll.. I will not be back.

We didn't stay at this hotel. Just came for the entertainment. The Conservatory and Garden was really beautiful. It looks small from the line outside but once inside you can really appreciate the work they put into it and take some really pretty pictures. Recommend going in the morning to avoid the line. We arrived in the early afternoon and there was a line but it moved quickly. We waited maybe 15-20 minutes I think. We also had drinks at the Baccarat Bar. Great service from the ladies there. And as always the fountain show is nice to watch.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with such an amazing botanical garden. The room with a fountain view is a must!! The beds are very comfortable and I was able to get a great night sleep. The bath tubs are huge and great for after a long day of walking the strip. The customer service here is absolutely impeccable! Thank you for such a lovely stay!! I'll definitely be back!

Always a pleasure staying here! Do not miss the flower exhibits! Also be nice to your Bellmen! Ours was awesome! He even walked us to our car in the garage because valet was not available. Also you never know who you meet. He is the uncle of a famous musician! Anyways, this place is the best. I highly recommend booking early and paying a few more dollars to get the fountain view!

Easy and quick check in. They follow the mask mandate and made sure every room was clean. The tub was so nice it is the best way to relax after walking around the casinos. The curtains are so nice and they open and close with a button. The bed was soft and great to just plop down on. The pool was so freezing cold, but it felt amazing. The casino was fun. The botanical garden was gorgeous.
