Kids loved the arcade and spent two or more hours there. The shops were nice and they had lots of places to sit and eat. It was very nice inside-like the inside of a fancy mall but nicer. The casino was wonderful! Got some free drinks and won some money. Much better experience here than in other local casino.

FUN! FUN!❤ Needs Live music back. Buffet is back open featuring Royal Reds and Prime Rib on the carving station. Friendly and courteous staff. Table games, sports betting bar is beautifully done. The Poker area has a relaxing atmosphere. The Poolside bars are amazing with excellent music and FUN ambience. There is a smoking section located near the bar area away from the Poolside. Overall a great PLACE to unwind. Don't forget to experience the SPA, Restaurants and workout facility.

The rating is for the room only. The room upon arrival had a decent size wet spot in the carpet in front of the second bed and remained wet until the next morning. There was also a dog chew snack under the table. The room had a nice view of the city. The hotel has nice amenities. The cafe food was good. Just wish pet rooms were not rent out to those who have not pets.

I was disappointed in the casino. You couldn't win anything from this place. I'm use to winning four or five hundred and having a good time. The slots just eat your money and don't give you a chance to enjoy playing. The rooms were nice but they don't have refrigerators or microwaves. Lots of older people. Seems like they bus these people in nightly and rake them over the coals for their cash. Pretty good set up they have. Also the arcade was closed the whole time we were here.

No other casino on earth, comes close to their customer service. Everything about the Beau Rivage is 5 stars. They do everything right and really take care of their players. It's a beautiful resort with every thing you need. The views are gorgeous and the food is incredible. Best casino/ resort on the gulf coast hands down. And if you're a poker player, you will be blown away by how great you'll be treated and how well taken care of you are. Henry Garrison and his staff run a top notch room. The best in the country hands down.
