Most everything about our stay was perfect. The resort was beautiful, the rooms were clean, and the staff were all kind and helpful.

The only negative point was the food. Good food is a really important part of vacation and I would have been happier with fresh fruits and vegetables. However, most everything was deeply fried and tasted old. I wish they could've cut back on the quantity they provided, for higher quality items.

Best vacation ever. I had a great experience in the hotel even though not everything was open due to COVID. However they need to fix some stuff such as opening the coffee bar early to enjoy those delicious drinks, they need to open the shows and the need to put a snack/bar by the beach. If the have all that, the resort will be perfect for family and couples. There is some many stuffs to that you can't do it even with one week staying there. I recommend to get the premium ocean view rooms, you will enjoy one of the most breathtaking view and have a VIP experience. I can't way to go back with the family when everything goes back to normal again.

Loved this location, you feel like you're in a postcard. Stayed in the family room which includes two separate areas, one side with a king size bed and bathroom, kids side has two full size beds with a separate bathroom and includes a shared patio between the two rooms with a jetted tub on the balcony overlooking the ocean.

This is our first time experiencing an all inclusive resort.

Looking forward to using the spa and booking an excursion. So far so good. Kids love it! Highly recommend.

The reason why we're giving the hotel a 3/5 is because they took 4+ hours to get my partner and I tested at the hotel. Had the process been easier, we would've given it a 4/5. Now another issue, the food at the buffet was limited and wasn't as good as a 5 star hotel should be. The drinks were VERY watery. We were expecting more especially since we heard good things about the hotel. The property is nice and modern. We had reservations for the steakhouse and we didn't get food until 45 minutes later and it took 30 minutes to ask us for our order. The hotel wasn't empty but it wasn't at capacity for their to be so many issues with wait times.

The benefits of Premium are worth it. Check in and out were hassle free. You get unlimited room service, one spa session every day, and access to the Pirate Water Park. Our room had a nice view too and hot tub. There's need to be more improvements on getting tested for covid and receiving the results in electronic form sooner. The food needs to be better and more options. Besides that, we enjoyed the pools and beach.

My experience in this resort was overall good 3 out of 5. The location was beautiful and the facility was mostly modern and safe. I stayed in the premium room (VIP). I had access to an outdoor hot tub, room service and other perks. The staff members were overall nice to me, however I'm American-Dominican and spoke Spanish to them. I'm also the type of person to say Hi to people first with a smile on my face. The food in the buffet was O.K at best. The food in the restaurants were honestly pretty bad. I ate at the Italian restaurant and another restaurant called Coral which both had horrible food. Overall I gave this resort a sold 3 because of the beautiful beaches, breathtaking views, modern facility, and a cool experience. They do need to speed up the service with better customer service, and provide quality good tasting food.
