Came here to eat and they refused service because we had a 16 year old with us. Said no one can even eat in the restaurant unless they are 21 because we were going to leave our kid in there while we would gamble. Place was low rent anyways. Just lured us in with a cheap steak and shrimp dinner. I even called ahead to ask about the restaurant and not one person said anything about no children. Guess they are not hurting for the business. Never again. BTW. 12 people in our party.

Baldini's has the best priced Burger and fries basket. It is very affordable and delicious. remember to tip the cooks. they work hard behind the line and in full view of the public. Baldini's one of my favorite places to be!

We spent the night in our motorhome in their packing lot. Nice and quiet. You need a permit for one night. It is free when you get 500 points on your players card. You must have one or they will ask you to leave about 10pm. Very pleasant people and great prime rib for $13.99, 11oz.

Went to take my son out to dinner because he's always loved their steaks in the restaurant. Got inside and they asked if my 16 yr old was over 21. They no longer allow anyone to EAT at their establishment if you're under 21. I think that's total bull and ridiculous

I love how they give back to the locals more than any other casino in the Reno and Sparks area. They can be a little better with there customer service when in regards to security and how they deal with things being stolen from there. My bike was on the rack right up front and locked up. It was stolen off the rack and when I told security about it they told me that they don't have cameras there because it was too dark and didn't even take an incident report or document anything at all. They simply replied we can call the police.for.you and that's all we can do. Well wouldnt you need an incident report from the casino to collaborate with this police report I need to make for a $1500 bike stolen off your property. I mean they don't even patrol outside on the premisses. Thats why I am only Rating 3 Stars. I feel that the Customer needs to feel safe as well as their comfort level needs to be satisfied to know that while we are spending money in your establishment, you have our best interests in mind. And safety and security is a huge one for me. And I know I can speak for at least 100 other members. Thank you for your time. When I see a change I'll change my review as well.
