I love how they give back to the locals more than any other casino in the Reno and Sparks area. They can be a little better with there customer service when in regards to security and how they deal with things being stolen from there. My bike was on the rack right up front and locked up. It was stolen off the rack and when I told security about it they told me that they don't have cameras there because it was too dark and didn't even take an incident report or document anything at all. They simply replied we can call the police.for.you and that's all we can do. Well wouldnt you need an incident report from the casino to collaborate with this police report I need to make for a $1500 bike stolen off your property. I mean they don't even patrol outside on the premisses. Thats why I am only Rating 3 Stars. I feel that the Customer needs to feel safe as well as their comfort level needs to be satisfied to know that while we are spending money in your establishment, you have our best interests in mind. And safety and security is a huge one for me. And I know I can speak for at least 100 other members. Thank you for your time. When I see a change I'll change my review as well.
