Loved the relaxed atmosphere, totally chilled holiday. Food good, service excellent, climate ideal (we just missed the hurricane...)

There was a lot of people in the Hotel so the service wasn't very good. Restaurant reservations ran out way before the deadline. This Hotel is listed as a 5 star but seems like a 4 star at best.

The staff here is amazing.. the animators are amazing.. definitely a must come back.. the beach is amazing.. I love the Dominican republic home feel.. I would say serve us more of your home food!!

The overall experience was fantastic. From the food to the staff to the grounds. Everything was more than we expected. I was especially impressed by the entertainment staff, everyday a full schedule of activities for adults and kids. Great atmosphere. My new favorite place to come.
