We've visited 4 times. Great for a gambling husband, energetic kid and mom who wants to relax. Something for everyone and so many activities and dining options. Prices are steep due to VAT and built in gratuity but everything is so worth it. We have fun times everytime! Everyone is so nice and everything is so clean.

Atlantis is amazing. Casino, aquarium, awesome restaurants and gorgeous beaches and architecture. Rooms could stand a refresh in Royal, and we had a pipe burst that flooded our closet. But issues were handled quickly by the staff. Terrific vacation destination.

Stayed at the Cove. Requested top floor facing Atlantis and not the Reef and got a 19th floor room with a spectacular view of the water and theme park. The cove is amazing architecture and incredible ambiance. no complaints at all. Shuttle will take you where you want to go but walking is not bad to go anywhere. The place is beautiful and unforgettable.

There is a great deal to do here from aquatic adventures, beaches, pools, dining etc. The service is mostly great. The pricing is definitely on the $$$$ side. The cheapest cocktail I enjoyed at the pool was $24....for a 12oz. There are a lot of things not open at the resort currently.

Great place for a week or less vacation. Food is good but pricey, especially at night, come prepared with a budget. 15% gratuity applied automatically and 12% VAT. Count 30 to 100$ per person for diner at restaurants.
Water park is great especially the power tower. Right now they only open 50% of the amenities but the hotel is half empty.
The best setting is to come with kids taller than 48 inches and brave enough for at least 2 out of the 4 slides + the river rapids. There is plenty for all ages though and the setting is gorgeous.
