It says on your website to enter you must have a valid photo id to gain access to your casino. we went as a group and my partner had an Italian photo id card which you can get into practically most countries, because this id card was not able to scan (paper version) through the machine he was denied access, even though he had credit and debit cards etc in his name as well, so we all left utterly disappointed.
Surely common sense should have been used instead of insisting the id had to be scanned through the machine and a paper form of universal recognition photo id could not be used to gain entry
Please update your website and say paper forms of photo id cannot be used to gain entry to your premises and avoid customers wasting their time thank you
