Well downstairs in the casino it reeks of cigarettes so it's hard to breathe. The rooms are decent but when we were there we specifically asked them to change our sheets and clean the room which they did not do. But on a bright note the staff is always super helpful and upbeat and the rooms are reasonably priced. All in all it was a good stay.

Staff was extremely nice and courteous. Even the staff at Outback restaurant located inside the hotel was very nice and professional. Great food too! Only the check out day...not so good because we were told no Bell Service was available to us. This was due to the influx of people. The elevators were also packed during check out time after time so we waited and waited and rode down separately. And we waited 30 minutes for our car.

The hotel should think about staggering the check out time so that everyone doesn't have to check out at one time and experience what the guests did that day. Maybe have another check out time either an hour before or an hour after the 11:00 check-out which might improve customer service. Overall it was enjoyable and much needed. I will return. Hopefully check out will be smoother.

Nice gaming. I won the most money here. They have a good variety for restaurants. The cafe there gives you extremely large servings for the money. I enjoyed the river walk outback. Beautiful views and the weather was wonderful. I would visit again.

Spacious rooms that have been updated. Comfy bed & nice linens. Fridge is a plus. The view is the best in Laughlin. Service was very good; sometimes slow but they were doing the best they could with reduced staff. The pool was closed the 3 nights we were there due to no lifeguards available so that was disappointing. Overall we had a great mini vacation and were happy with the AQUARIUS. We are already planning a return trip!

Room was nice, clean, view of river was a huge plus. Employees were very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. As a Vegas resident gambler, the machines seemed to pay a little better from what I could tell. Played longer than I did at Tropicana with equal amounts for sure.
