Usually I like this hotel but this time they were just average honestly. We came here so excited to stay for my birthday for 4 days and throughout those 4 days we had no housekeeping come through our room once, the front entrance of our hotel was blocked off the entire time so we had to walk to the back entrance where the smokers smoked every time, and then the buffet they claim is still open in their hotel is actually now a deli. They should update that somewhere on the homepage so customers know this. However, I love the pool and the hot tub it's one of my favorite parts of this hotel. It's nice to enjoy and just relax. It's nice hotel just wasn't nearly as nice as it was.

Man, I have been going to this casino for years and always thought this was the nicest casino up in Blackhawk but I went recently and I am sad to see the state it is in. It seemed to be all gambling tables/ sports betting and little to no slots. The slots were similar to the other casinos but good luck finding any empty ones. I think Monarch has Ameristar beat for the nicest casino now.

Fun casino , great food options. The rooms are really lovely and clean. Great view of the strip and mountains.
Nice pool on the top floor. The one guest party on the elevator was rather long, especially during checkout, but that is the norm now and not Ameristar problem.
I did notice some house keeping cleaning staff not wearing their masks during checkout on our floor.
Will definitely come again , hopefully the house keeping are wearing their masks now. This is a really fun casino to play at, so many machines.

Nothing out of the ordinarily. Just like any other casino.
