Really great place for family holiday some of the water slides are closed and it only opens from 10 to 5 in the evening but worth trying, also value for money

This place serves better as a prison.
With its rude female receptionist that hangs up on you for asking for an electric kettle that the room lacks!!
-broken shower head.
-very very bad wifi.
-and it lacks the most important thing in the room (electric water kettle), you can only order drinks from the room service and pay for them even if you order a hot cup of water!
I didn't want to write about how bad my stay was if it wasn't for that rude receptionist that hung up on me.
Note : stayed there for 10 days quarantine that I paid for (444$) yet it was the worst experience, wouldn't give it a single star.

World class standard hotel with a serene and beautiful view. I love the hotel.
