Nice place. Beautiful interior design, and some good food options. I liked when they had Bands playing outside and inside the bar. However you walk in and you want to gamble a little, you lose $20 in 2 minutes. I'd rather go up to Saratoga.

I had a few hours there and the roulette dealer (?) was very informative and I had a nice time because of her. It was easy to find and park. The only reason I did not go to a five was there was only one restaurant open in the afternoon and no poker room...yet.

I honestly didn't expect much after seeing the reviews of Rivers Casino when visiting Albany for the night but I was pleasantly surprised at the overall vibe and experience for a small regional casino. Are you going to think you are in Vegas or Atlantic City? No. But are you going to have good gaming options, a good vibe and really good food? Yes. The biggest negative is how small the gaming floor is - I mean - it's small. But they had a great selection of slots and the casino was clean and modern. The clientele was also a bit better than some regional casinos I've been to - it feels safe. Overall, I would be happy to return if I was in Albany again!

All entrances are closed except one. You must walk extra to get in. Capable of 24/7, and they close at 11pm. No cocktail service at tables or slots, poker room is closed. Only place to eat is just fried foods. Can't take off mask while sitting at a slot. Can't walk around with drinks.

Hotel stay was great! The lack of a shower door or curtain was somewhat confusing but we figured something out.
Wife left clothing in the room and noticed when we returned home, when I was able to travel back for it the hotel was closed but an awesome security assistant named Zach found it for us regardless. Could have just said come back next week but they went the extra mile!
