Normally businesses who respond give the ability to contact them other then listing it out for everyone on Google to see, but here are my suggestions. First, especially in the suites I would make sure that all wallpaper is not peeling and offer coffee that you don't have to ask for. Second, I would update the machines, they are very old. Third, I would add more card games like black jack. Fourth, if people are going to go through all of the trouble of joining your rewards program you should give them a reward when they are new guests, gamblers, and rewards program members all at once instead of maybe I might have gotten a discount in the gift shop 48 hours after I signed up which isn't great for travelers.
