Service is good. Food is Okay. Staff is prompt, courteous and helpful. It is one of the better hotels in the area.
A bit costly, but worth it.
Only thing not good about this hotel is that you need to climb stairs to reach the lifts & reception area.

Please take my suggestion and "STAY AWAY" from this place. I wish there was a negative rating like a -5 or something. This place is deplorable and the management is beyond incompetent and irresponsible especially Mr Mahesh Chander.. There is no hot water and neither the wifi works. The manager Mahesh Chander says "what can we do sir?" And then he's got an audacity to call this is a 4 star hotel.. what a shame !!! The rooms are unkempt and disgusting with a decade old furniture. The buffet is appalling with few slides of bread and some corn flakes which are the only things on the menu and they throw in an omelette like they are doing you some favour..!!!
