As a loyal customer, it would be nice to fully understand the customer rewards for players level cards, instead of finding out word to mouth. The new system is quite exhausting to the unfamiliar, especially when the conversion happened so suddenly despite what Nanak thought was to adequately publicized. I will say that the restaurant has amazing food at great prices and the restaurant staff are super friendly. They get a 5 star!

Crazy how this place has only a max of 700 payout on roulette. Had a 45 dollar straight up bet on a single number and hit. They refused to pay me when it hit. Pit boss said nope and went in her way. There was no signs stating that 700 was the max payout. When I lost they had no issue taking my money but refused to payout when I hit. Very sketchy way of doing business. They screwed me over on 875 but lost a customer who plays that in 3-4 hands and all my friends. Amazing how I play 200 at a time and when I lose they are quick to take my money. When you win though it's another sorry. I would recommend people to avoid this place. Seems very sketchy now. I use to frequent this place when ever I'm in the area, now I can safely say I will never go again.

They make you wear a mask or you are told to leave.

We booked a deluxe room with a jacuzzi tub at the rate of $200. The tub was great but the room was filthy and the ceilings were old asbestos covered ones. The sheets were ancient and felt like sandpaper and the comforter was so worn out that the fabric was shredded up near where our pillows were so that part of the comforter was next to our faces. The sofa was covered in animal hair and dirt. The closet door was hanging off the track by the hinges and the bathroom pocket door handle was jammed so you had to pull the door shut by grabbing in from the bottom but the door wouldn't stay closed anyway so it didn't really matter. All the hallways wreaked like cigarette smoke even though our building was "smoke free."
The best part was waking up in the middle of the night with a searing pain in my foot as I was being bitten by some sort of insect. The next morning my toe was red and swollen with a clear puncture mark from this insect and a raised blister. The Starbucks served us cold coffee and expired food. All that in less than 24 hours. Awful.

Very nice place. Love the 24 hour Starbucks inside. Rooms are clean. Bathroom was beautiful. Staff is very friendly too. Didn't like getting my temp taken 3 times within 15 min of getting there, but they were just following directions from their employer so I didn't fight it.
