Enjoyed our stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Huge shout out to the restaurant, lobby and security staff. I left my bag at Kelly's restaurant Wednesday night but didn't notice it until the next morning. No identification was inside so no ownership was available. I contacted the front desk Thursday morning. They contacted security and my bag was in my room that evening. Honest people all around.

First time back since they made it a land Casino. I enjoyed myself but hopefully it can pay just a little better. I enjoy the offers that they had for Diamond members. I just wish that my rooms were come instead of me paying a rate. I enjoyed the steakhouse. I wish they had more restaurants available.

Excellent hotel on the riverside, down side is the main restaurant is closed still but the rooms are clean and comfortable, didn't really see any faults. Casino was really spacious but I didn't play, not my world. But all and all, a nice get away kind of location. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Casino is fun, however payouts are slim to non-existent, towards the end of the month/quarter payouts seem to be a little better. Extremely smoky for the size of this casino. It's very noticeable when compared to other casinos I have been to with comparable sizes. Overall it is a fun place but not near as good member benefits at what they used to have, service is good from staff when needed or you see them.

Customer service was great, the hotel was nice overall but due to casino and smoking rooms, the smell is definitely slightly smokey no matter what room or area you are in, almost a stale smell. It wasn't the cleanest hotel room we've ever stayed in, there were food crumbs under bed and in a couple corners, the bathroom had some dirt and the towels smelled slightly musty not like bleach (like I expect at most hotels). However, knowing those small issues, I would recommend the hotel as the deluxe rooms are large and the location is convenient.
