Bottom line: extremely overpriced and not worth what the pay is!
Where do I begin? As my family and I checked into our room, that didn't match the reservations photos I made, we found we had a broken toilet that required maintenance. When we asked if we could upgrade rooms, we were declined the option even though I was willing to pay the difference. The maintenance man fixed the toilet and we thought we would be able to manage. Even though our room had no mini fridge and our door to the coin joining room had a lock that wasn't working.
While there is options for food inside the hotel, the hours are limited much like the food and service. If you are served, expect a longer than normal wait, small menu items, and expensive prices. EX: Buffy's has a burger on their background yet didn't sell burgers. They offer only 3 types of pizza; cheese, meat lovers and supreme. The coffee shop closed at 11.
Speaking of closing, when I went to gamble and get my player's card, the only counter to issue cards had a sign stating "closed will return around 8:45". After waiting without anyone returning, I had to go to the cashier to request service.
While gambling at the bar, non of my drinks were comped, which is odd for a casino. I ordered a Manhattan that cost $9. On top of it being the most expensive Manhattan it was also the worst I had ever had! 2-3 ice cubes, made with a lemon, though the bartender argued that. I had to asked for cherries and it was only about a shot. I politely asked to exchange for a beer but had to wait as they were having some troubles with the taps, all 4 of them. Beer was $5, cocktail was $9 didn't get any money back.
The water park, well it's a water park full of so much chlorine that your eyes burn just walking into the building. The slides are pitch black so you can't experience the turns. Lazy river is so lazy that life guards are posted to move you along.
In short, overpriced and not worth it.
