The service and quality of the casino has dropped drastically over the years. It is more and more visible right now, given the COVID restrictions and the difference in treatment for the rich vs. the poor. Apparently, the rich cannot spread the infection, so they have special permissions "from higher up" (Ryan, 05/05/21).

The rewards system is internally flawed and completely unregulated. They have no fair means of tracking and again, only the rich, regular players have the privilege of upgrading.

Had a disagreement with the front-of-house staff and the Indian security guard decides to flex his power as I am walking out and warning me that if I speak like that again, I won't be allowed back in, while there are literally people calling dealers c**** on the floor. Everyone there looks like they have something to prove.

Most of the dealers are in a rush and with the exception of a few, are very unpleasant people to play with. Most are quite rude and look like they hate being there.

Bar staff are probably the kindest people there.

What a poor place to go for tourists and locals, alike.

We had such a great night last night and I felt the need to share! We have only been here a handful of times but last night was by far our best experience, special mention to Tori on the blackjack tables, she was an absolute delight! Her witty banter made for an absolutely hilarious evening and I thought it deserved to be mentioned! Great way to end my fiances birthday night! Thanks Tori!
