This is the worst 4-stars hotel ever!!! They stole the money I paid for the concierge's service to post 6 postcards. All postcards I had sent myself made it to Europe, none of the ones I left with the concierge service did. The room was consistently suffering from malfunctioning appliances, including a leaking fridge. We were constantly disturbed by housekeeping (although we kept the do not disturb sign on) or by random employees entering our room. NOBODY really speaks English. They only seem to, most of the time trying to guess what you had been saying. Awful experience, do not book a room there!

Stayed here for 2 nights! Good room and nice staff.Gave us complimentary fruits as it was our anniversary. Has free shuttle to border and outer ferry

Nice place to stay, well placed, near the ferry, And bus stops all around. Stayed in a very big room in the 12th floor with great views! Cleaning was okay. The only problem was the language, nobody speak English, only in a few words, very difficult to communicate!
