Stayed here with my husband and two children for 2 nights because our air conditioner broke and couldn't handle the 37 degrees heat outside. The rooms have been nicely updated since We last stayed 16 years ago on our wedding night. Everything was clean and tidy. My only complaints are that the fan in the bathroom did not come on and there was a lot of black mold that was visible underneath the seal that holds the shower handle to the wall. This is why I took one star away cause I don't want to see that even if it is impossible to clean.
Due to COVID the hotel was taking reasonable precautions by taking temperatures at check in (which my kids thought was cool) and no cleaning of rooms during your stay but had very clear instructions on how to exchange soiled towels for clean and getting fresh linen. The restaurants were closed for sit down dining but were open reasonable hours to place an order that you could pick up and take to your room. The breakfast was okay and one evening we ordered the Artichoke Spinach Dip and Macaroni and Cheese bites from the Tavern united menu and both were very good. All in all we were with our stay.

Good hotel clean rooms and excellent service, was there for work training and got everything I needed food is pretty decent aswell

Stayed here for couple of weeks and the room was good. The staff was great especially Calista. She is an excellent front desk assistant and goes above and beyond with a smile. Overall, a great stay.

Staff were OK.
Hard to rate a place with virtually no one around.
Pretty much lifeless.
Fault of the pandemic.

Thin walls and AWFUL food. And it's in Winnipeg. They're spending money on paint when the place already looked fine but needs real attention to things like dated plumbing and insulation.

There was a gas leak and we had to evacuate for several hours. Never stay here.
