I will preface this review with the positives - lovely service, ample parking, and a good complimentary "grab and go" breakfast option.

However, the cleanliness in the hotel, especially during COVID with limited occupancy, was terribly lacking. My room was not cleaned properly from the prior occupants - garbage was left in the room, dirty high touch surfaces, garbage on the floor, etc. I had to clean and disinfect multiple surfaces when I got in the room. I was exhausted from a long travel day so I made due, but I should have asked for a different room. I took multiple photos of the deficiencies.

I will not return to this hotel and want to encourage those coming to this hotel to inquire about their cleaning standards, and how they are monitoring this.

We went for the romance package.It was a great price, and they made it really special.We really needed something like this during covid.We will be spreading the word..

It was fancy considering its just in Camrose not the city. We were impressed with the quality of design and the room. Also the pool was fun nice slide. We travelled as a family and having the pool and casino in the same place was convenient for both kids and parents/grandparents.

All the staff we encountered were very friendly. The front desk staff was helpful and professional. They picked a great room that accommodated a family of 5 plus a super cute pooch. The rooms are very nice, well kept and clean. The pool was also very clean and fun!
The food was excellent, very tasty, and the chef was very accommodating to our special dietary needs. The overall experience was great! We would definitely stay here again.
