It's still a favourite to me since I was a kid. Went there many times as a child and now I took my kids there and told them my child memories. It is like home to me. Really nice hotel. Clean rooms good service and one of the best outdoor areas. Food is really good. They need a bigger pool area or more pools though. There is a nice Casino as well at the hotel but not a fan of gambling. It is a historical site in the form of a hotel. Amazing designs. It was the king's palace i the past before it becomes a hotel. I was happy to see some renovation work. It's also right beside the great nile river.

Top location, food can def be improved upon. Bread was great though. Service can also be better, nothing specific to complain about but the waiters just need to be more hospitable

The customer service and quality of the hotel are wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great! The pool and outdoor areas are beautiful and well kept. I also thought it was nice to watch the woman making fresh Egyptian bread in the morning too.

Despite the garden is one of the best places in Cairo , the view the weather the setup, yet the service quality in the garden is still unbelievably poor. With tourism affected, hotels re-opening after a long pause, I though that the waiters will be keen & more friendly than they use to be. Didn't seem to be like that ....detached, unfocused and extremely unprofessional ....too bad
