When I come to Shreveport this is the place for me. The older crowds mean less drama from the millennial group and you can truly focus on gaming. The rooms are top notch and service is impeccable. Skip the glitz of other casinos in the area and have some true southern charm.

Recently stayed for 2 nights in the spa suite. No complaints on the room or the hotel staff. Room was equal to its rate. The spa tub was nice, can get as hit as you want and the jets are pretty powerful. Really liked the secure elevators.

We stayed in a King Suite with a corner spa. Mirrors were spotless...I know the staff paid attention to detail when preparing the room. Everything was clean and the pillows are amazing! The fridge probably needed some coolant and the bath towels were very rough on my skin. Other than that, everything was perfect. The casino was nice and ALL of the staff we encountered were super friendly and professional from the front desk to the grounds guys! Awesome all around and we will definitely stay here when we come back to visit. This was our second visit and we left as satisfied customers again!
