Stayed in RV overnight in casino lot behind gas station for $11/night. RV dump, fresh water, gas and propane at a decent price. Have to get players card at casino, take it to hotel, pay $11 for RV permit, take permit to gas station for RV dump key. Restaurant is average.

I'd stay here again. The check in process was smooth and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. The breakfast options were very limited, probably due to covid. One thing I will say is that I regret paying more for the "mountain view". Honestly the view of the parking lot is just as nice.

What a disappointment. We got takeout from Alice's restaurant and the sushi place. The servers were rude and forgot half our order, didn't provide any utensils (we ordered clam chowder), or any condiments besides soy sauce. When we went back to get said items they were not even nice about it. By the time this was all over are food was cold. I would definitely skip this place if I were you

I was mainly in the Hotel side. I don't gamble much but definitely enjoy a well ran Hotel. And this Hotel is well ran. Very clean rooms. Little patios outside sliding glass doors. Jacuzzi and pool are open again now that the epidemic year is winding down. The little restaurant has amazing food. I ate the alfredo with chicken and a side salad most every night. So yummy! And definitely enough to feed two. Of course there is Deana England in the lobby to welcome you and make sure your stay is a wonderful one! I give her 5 stars too.

We held our 20th anniversary party in the sapphire palace last yr. The staff did a wonderful job of taking care of our guests! Was worth every penny to do that. Sabrina was an awesome coordinator and walked us through everything! Book your party there.....you won't regret it 😁
