My wife and 9 month old son woke up with ants all over our bed because we had a pizza open this is not ok and we have pictures and videos and the managers do to as well but there never. seems to be a manager working and the owner said he knows about the ants and refuses to give us a refund. We have been trying for over a week to get a refund let alone have the opportunity to be able to talk with someone about this issue. The front desk lady already promised us a refund upon checking out. Loyd is the owners name and every time we call to ask for a manager there is never one there and the front desk is so clue less

Not bad... decent cleanliness for an older building, very nice staff. WARNING: it was about 70° [outside] and the air conditioning was turned on so strong that the room was about 60° inside! I changed the switch from high to low before going to sleep, but it didn't do much cuz I woke up freezing a few hours later (should have just turned it off completely).

Great room for a great price. Clean and quiet. Very hot water and good shower pressure. Be sure to check out Randy's University Diner across the road. Food was so good we went back for breakfast. Service was fast and friendly.

Had room reserved for 3 nights and arrived early but no one at front desk so came back at about 4:15 and they checked us in. Gave us room keys and opened door to room to be greeting by a Doberman dog leaping off the bed to the door which I quickly closed.Went to front desk and immediately cancelled the stay. Motel is really run down. Only got a sorry from front desk. Do not recommend this motel to anyone.!

This was a pleasant stay and a reasonable value in its price class. The staff in the evening and morning were exceptionally nice and the owners should be very proud of their work. The room was neat and clean. A weak spot was the bathroom which needed some upgrade work. The grout in the shower and around the toilet was not in very good shape and detracted from the rest of the facility.
